Robbin Parker-Shabazz is an HR professional with extensive experience in supervision, problem-solving, interpersonal communications, customer service, and analytics. She has a BA in Liberal Arts with minors in HR Organizational Leadership, HR Certificate, and Africana Studies from the University of Cincinnati. She has also completed several management and diversity training. Robbin has worked in various roles related to compensation, benefits, performance management, vendor relationships, system functionality and configuration, data analysis and reporting, job analysis, and market evaluation at UC Health, Macy’s, Cintas, Mercy Health, Luxottica Retail, and Comair Airlines.
Robbin is a proud mother of two children, Isaiah and Anye’, stepmother to Taja, and grandmother to Miracle and Brooklyn.
