About

We help to develop the skills needed to make a difference. At the root of the issue is the lack of resources available to prospective teachers, including basic equipment as well as trainers themselves. We aim to provide learning supplies and incentivize teacher training experts.

Our Stakeholders

Our values drive what we do and why we do it.

Parents

Teachers

Administrations

Businesses

Students

Clergy

Starting Point

AMR’s theory of action is a simple one. Relationships lead to conversations. Conversations lead to communication. Communication leads to collaboration. Collaboration leads to trust and must be the environment where stakeholders can identify obstacles and develop and implement strategies to overcome them.

Our Process

Support from local communities

We believe that trust is required to develop any worthwhile community effort. Trust begins with open and honest conversations. We believe that positive relationships result when various groups have open and honest discussions.

End result

Trust creates an environment that promotes continued refinement of current strategies. It must also be present when it becomes necessary to introduce new ones.
